COVID-19 Not Stopping Legal Community or Cases

It is a very uncertain time in the US during this COVID-19 crisis.  Businesses are shut down and Courts have stopped in person appearances.  The Courts are still accepting filings by mail and online, but matters are being pushed or given new dates by a phone conference.    This new way of dealing with the everyday litigation our world has to offer has not stopped attorneys from trying to settle matters through other methods or stopped lawyers from arguing emergent motions to the Court.

Some Courts have attorneys arguing motions live through the TV/Computers.  This is a new frontier in how cases will be handled going forward.

I can say that I am still working hard for my clients.  I am trying to settle matters that need resolution and I am making sure my clients rights are protected during this time.

I am actively participating in social distancing by making myself available to my current clients via phone and any new potential clients for free initial consultations by phone.  Until this crisis is over I will continue my work.

If you are someone who has a legal issue.  Either family court related such as divorce, child support, custody and any criminal or traffic matters, you can reach out to discuss your options.  I have several clients who I am drafting divorce documents and proposals with right now that will be filed and heard as soon as the Courts resume or schedule conferences on them.

I also have some clients who have Temporary Restraining Orders against them that have not seen their children.  I have worked out agreements on parenting time.

Things may seem hopeless right now, but I am hear to protect your rights and help you through this.
